It's fantastic to have the opportunity to work again with one of Norway's leading environments in consulting and technology as I now become affiliated with EY as a data strategist and enterprise architect.
I look forward to continuing with what I both know and love best: activating and enabling organizations to carry out data-driven transformations.
My focus will be as before:
Develop tailored data and AI strategies adapted to the organization's needs and ambition level
Guide organizations through comprehensive data-driven transformations
Implement proactive and effective data governance with a "shift left" approach
Strengthen data-centric enterprise architecture, where data is the hub, for increased value creation and innovation
Develop privacy as a strategic resource for all data-related initiatives
My broad experience from both the public and private sectors, as well as various industries, will be valuable in this work. I am convinced of the necessity to build bridges between management's vision, organizational development, and technical implementation. By using a "just in time, just enough" approach, combined with objective-oriented management and establishing beliefs and guardrails, enables a focus on continuous learning with frequent adjustment. This contributes to developing robust, scalable, and sustainable data-driven cultures and implementation models.

Do you want to explore how your organization can become more data-driven? Feel free to get in touch.
Let's work together to harness the power of data having greater value when combined, that new services and products should be developed on or around the data, and that data for measurement, actionable insight, and continuous improvement drives organizations forward!
I look forward to exciting conversations and collaborations in the time to come!
